Group therapy sessions are conducted by therapists and the group participants that formed according to a framework, based on duration and content.

The environment formed in group therapies is similar to small example of real-life environment. All kinds of relationships, strain, communication styles and handling of events that people experience in real life also emerge during group therapy and this allows the subject to work with everyone in the group.

Group work is very useful in terms of understanding that the person is not alone concerning the problem he is experiencing, seeing the way he deals with the problems can be very different, seeing that there is not a single solution and there are different options. Also, the belonging feeling to a group, being accepted and supported by the group has a very healing effect for the individual.  

 

In Group Therapy, each individual participating in these sessions contributes to his own development at the same time each person also contributes to the development of other group members.

Seminars and Workshops

Scientific information forms the basis of the trainings. Examples, applications from practical life as well as interactive games and activities are also included in the trainings.
